Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

Account data: email address, display name, username, and optional avatar.

Agreement data: titles, descriptions, milestones, amounts, deliverables, files you upload, and messages exchanged with your counterparty.

Wallet data: the public wallet address you connect. We never receive your private keys or seed phrase.

Technical data: basic logs needed to operate the service securely, such as error reports and request timestamps.

2. How we use it

To run the product: authenticate you, display your agreements, coordinate milestones, and link on-chain transactions to the right records.

To generate AI milestone reviews, which process the deliverables and requirements you submit for that specific agreement.

To keep the service safe: detect abuse, debug failures, and improve reliability.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Public blockchain data

Agreement activations, milestone funding, submissions, and releases are recorded on a public blockchain. That data is permanent, world-readable, and outside our control.

Do not put confidential information into anything that is written on-chain.

4. Processors we rely on

We use infrastructure providers for hosting, database and authentication, file storage, and AI model inference. They process data only to deliver those functions on our behalf.

Blockchain RPC providers receive your public wallet address and transaction data when you interact with the network.

5. Retention

Account and agreement records are retained while your account is active and for as long as needed to resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.

Deleting your account removes your profile and off-chain records; on-chain history cannot be deleted.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Profile details can be edited in Settings, and deletion requests can be made through the in-app help page.

Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to processing or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is scoped per user through row-level security, and files are stored in private buckets.

No system is perfectly secure. Protect your wallet and use a strong, unique password.
