How it works

Four steps from brief to payout

No lawyers, no invoice chasing, no platform sitting on your money.

  1. 01

    Create Agreement

Client creates a milestone-based agreement with clear scope, amounts, and deadlines.

  2. 02

    Fund Escrow

Funds are locked inside an immutable smart contract. Nobody — not even VeriPact — can move them.

  3. 03

    Complete Work

Freelancer submits deliverables. AI analyzes the submission against the agreed requirements.

  4. 04

    Approve & Release

Client approves. The smart contract automatically releases payment to the freelancer.

Escrow is funded wallet-to-contract. We are never in the path of the money.

  • Immutable rules

Release conditions live in deployed contract code, not in our database.

  • Public audit trail

Every fund, approval, and release is verifiable on Base.

Our story

Why we built VeriPact

Millions of freelancers and clients struggle with payment disputes for one reason: trust is centralized. Someone else holds the money, someone else decides who was right, and neither side can see how the decision was made.

We think that's a design problem, not a human one. VeriPact replaces trust in intermediaries with transparent smart contracts and AI-assisted verification — the contract enforces the deal, the AI shows the evidence, and the people involved keep the final say.

Good work should get paid. That shouldn't require faith.
